Assistant Coach Francisco Neto assumed the Men's/Women's Assistant Coach position in June of 2025.  

Coach Neto was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.  He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Management from West Virginia University Institute of Technology, where he also played collegiate soccer from 2015 to 2017. During his time at WVUTech, Neto became the program’s all-time leading goal scorer with 46 goals, earning NAIA All-American honors in 2015 and 2017, and was also named to the All-Conference First Team for three consecutive years (2015 -2017), as well as serving as team captain in 2017.

He later earned a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Oklahoma Wesleyan University (OKWU).

Neto recently completed his third season as an Assistant Coach at OKWU (2022–2025), where he contributed to an outstanding overall record of 53-9-6. With his help, the team reached the NAIA National Tournament Quarterfinal in 2024, NAIA National Tournament Semifinal in 2023, and NAIA National Tournament Opening Round in 2022, capturing both the KCAC regular season and conference tournament titles in all three seasons.

Before joining OKWU, Neto served as Assistant Coach at Indiana Tech in 2020 and Co-Head Coach in 2021. During the 2021 season, he led the team to the most successful year in program history, with a record of 18-1-4. The team won the WHAC regular season and tournament championships, reached the NAIA National Tournament Quarterfinal for the first time, and achieved its highest national ranking, finishing the season at #6. The team also led the NAIA in fewest goals allowed (10) and most clean sheets (15) that season.
