Coach Birt is an experienced and driven football coach with a proven track record of helping athletes reach their maximum athletic potential.

Currently, in his second year coaching at Coffeyville Community College, Coach Birt brings four years of coaching experience, specializing in defensive techniques and special teams strategies. His commitment to fostering a positive, success-driven team environment has been instrumental in elevating athletes both on and off the field.

Before joining Coffeyville, Coach Birt held multiple roles at Alcovy High School in Covington, Georgia, including Special Teams Coordinator, Defensive Line Coach, and Head Equipment Manager. During his tenure from June 2022 to December 2023, he designed and implemented effective defensive game plans, developed athletes’ skills, and created a competitive edge through advanced special teams strategies. He also spearheaded fundraising efforts, collaborated closely with athletic administrators, and developed detailed training programs to ensure peak performance for the team.

Coach Birt has a passion for building strong, disciplined teams, utilizing dynamic coaching techniques, and analyzing game footage to refine strategies. His expertise in football analytics, defense, and offense techniques makes him a key asset to any coaching staff.
