Kosi Eldridge joined the Coffeyville staff in July of 2024. Prior to his arrival at Coffeyville, Eldridge served as the Outside Linebackers Coach at Abilene Christian University. There, he played linebacker for Coach Nick Dobler as they won the SWJCFC championship and the Texas H.O.T. Bowl. After that year, in 2019, he attended Texas Tech University where he played until 2022. During his time at Texas Tech, he was a year captain and an HM all-conference linebacker his last year. They won two bowl games in back-to-back years in 2021 and 2022. Eldridge attended camp for the Atlanta Falcons in the summer of 2023 and was drafted by the Orlando Guardians (XFL) before deciding to start his coaching career.
