Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference Defensive Player of the Week

Red Raven defensive back Robert Deal had an outstanding performance in helping Coffeyville defeat the previously unbeaten and ninth-ranked Butler 31-28 in the 100th all-time meeting between the teams. Deal had six solo tackles in the game, along with a second-quarter interception that helped stymie the Grizzlies of Butler, which allowed Coffeyville to build a 31-7 lead before hanging on for the three-point victory.

Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference Special Teams Player of the Week

Red Raven punter Christian Burrus helped Coffeyville win the field position game during the 31-28 defeat of ninth-ranked Butler. Burrus had 5 punts in the contest for 178 yards (35-yard average) with a long of 42 and two big punts that were downed inside the 20-yard line.
