Cooper Lee Kicks Down the Door for Player of the Week

Sophomore Punter/Kicker Cooper Lee had another outstanding game for the Red Ravens.

Lee had 11 punts for 510 yards, for an average of 46.4 per punt, 5 inside the 20, and 4 fair catches.  He also added 121 yards in kickoffs.  For all his efforts, Lee earned himself the Kansas Jayhawk Conference Special Teams Player of the Week for Week 5.

Lee has had another outstanding season so far for the Red Ravens.  The previous game, against #18 Butler County, Lee was instrumental in the teams win going 9 punts for 395 yards and 7 inside the 20.

Lee has been a standout for the Red Ravens all season and has truly been a highlight reel by himself.  Several times this year he has given the Red Raven defense fantastic field position.

Going forward through the remainder of the season, we are excited to see more accolades for Lee, as well as, our other athletes.
